Job Site Analysis

Physiotherapy Associates' Job Site Analysis is performed to identify and document the essential functions of a job, how the work is performed, specific worker characteristics, and the environmental and organizational factors related to the job.  The results of the job analysis are formulated into an ADA compliant functional job description which can be used for post-offer and/or fit for duty testing, return to work policies, job classification, job rotation, modified duty, etc.
